I’m hooked on this sugar-free, fat-free, appetite-control peach smoothie! I’ve had 2 a day the past few weeks, and it’s helped me recover from my unfortunate holiday food binge. (Hanging my head in shame and kicking the truffle wrappers under the couch.) Thought I’d share this super quick and easy smoothie recipe for my fellow peach lovers out there:
1½ cups frozen peach slices
8 raw whole almonds
½ cup frozen raw spinach
1 – 1½ cups milk of your choice (fat free, soy, almond, whatever)
1-2 TBSP honey
Pinch of cinnamon
Mix in blender until almond pieces are small enough. If you’re always cold like me, hold the cup with an oven mitt and drink the smoothie while sitting in front of a space heater. Enjoy!
